20mm forged mill balls are belong to small size balls , manufacturered from selected high carbon alloy steel bars and maually forged by air hammer or hot rolling by automatic machines ,then followed by in-line water heat treatment ,and uniform quenching,tailored to even hardness throughout and have good density and strength in favour of impact grinding and rapidly managed forging process ensuring spherical ball shape .

3). We support the Thrid-Pary Inspection ,Such as SGS, BV ISO, TUV, COTECNA, Asia Inspection etc.

.2-4 %-replacement of broken balls of the diameter concerned

.Proven wear rates of 0.70 kg/t.

.Recorded relatively high average grind efficiency of 15.28 % for 106 μm and 18.45 % for 300 μm.

.Forged Grinding balls tested: 50mm and 60 mm forged steel balls
